What are Snuggle Mallows pillows made of?

All our pillows are made with ultra-soft, breathable bamboo or tencel fabric, perfect for delicate skin. Our filling is hypoallergenic and safe for babies, kids, and adults alike.

What sizes are available?

We offer a variety of cozy sizes to suit every snuggler:

  • Hugging long pillows (perfect for naps and bedtime hugs!)
    We have the following sizes: 

Small (13x30cm) - Suitable for newborn to 1 year old

Medium (19x38cm) - Suitable for 1-3 years old

Large (23x53cm) - Suitable for 3-5 years old

Extra Large (31x86cm) - Suitable for 5 years old & above

Are your pillows safe for babies?

Yes! Our baby pillows are designed with safety in mind. They’re made with gentle materials and the right amount of support for infants. Always follow safe sleep guidelines for your little ones.

How do I care for my Snuggle Mallows pillow?

We recommend:

  • Hand wash or machine wash on gentle cycle

  • Use a laundry bag and mild detergent

  • Air dry flat for best shape retention
    Avoid bleach or high heat drying to keep prints soft and vibrant.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within Singapore.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-ordering lets you reserve your favourite designs before they sell out. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins and you can receive updates via email, website or Instagram. Estimated delivery time is shared on each product page.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If you need to make changes, email us at snugglemallows@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to help.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

Can I buy Snuggle Mallows in stores?

We’re currently an online-exclusive brand.
